Requirements
- Managing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 implementation projects
- Managing the entire project lifecycle, launching and closing the project, defining tasks to be performed, building the schedule and measuring the progress of work (Polish and international projects)
- Assigning tasks to team members, delegating responsibilities, prioritizing tasks
- Identifying, planning, monitoring and controlling project risks that may affect project time, budget, quality, overall project plan or achieved results
- Representing the company in dealing with the client
- Ensuring effective communication between team members and the client
- Reporting and presenting the work progress
Nice to have
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, any certifications will be a plus
- Experience in managing Dynamics AX/D365 implementations
- Very good command of English (C1)
- Very good knowledge of Agile methodology
- Decisiveness, strong organization in self-work, applying bold leadership in difficult situations
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Problem-solving focused approach
