Chief of Staff
We are looking for a charismatic individual to become the CEO's right hand: a partner in strategic discussions and someone responsible for ensuring the company's strategy is consistently executed in the teams' daily operations. The Chief of Staff works directly with the board. Approximately 80% of the time is dedicated to strategic work and overseeing the achievement of goals, while about 20% is spent providing direct support to the CEO in organizing work and communication.

We are looking for you if
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in a role related to strategy, project management, PMO, operations, or consulting.
- You would like to be a partner for discussions on strategy progress: reliably assessing the situation, preparing analyses, and recommending corrective actions.
- You have experience in implementing strategy or organizational change and holding teams accountable for achieving goals.
- Business and analytical thinking: the ability to assess whether actions translate into results.
- You are characterized by assertiveness and the ability to enforce agreements without formal authority over teams, excellent work organization, consistency, and attention to detail.
- You are capable of maintaining discretion and working with confidential information.
- Your responsibilities will also include: excellent written and verbal communication, including preparing materials for the board.
- You hold a higher education degree (preferred fields: economics, management, finance, or related).
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting firm or in a Chief of Staff, executive assistant, or board office role.
- Knowledge of goal management methods (OKR, Balanced Scorecard) and project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
- Fluent English.
- Advanced knowledge of reporting and project management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, DevOps).
