Whether it's a complex multistep process or a simple one-step task, flows work in the background to boost your team's effectiveness, productivity, and performance.
Microsoft Common Data Service
The Common Data Service (CDS) is a secure business database that simplifies data management and integration across Dynamics 365 apps and business processes.
The Microsoft Common Data Service is an out-of-box business database for storing and managing business entities. The CDS can increase an organisation’s operational efficiency by providing a unified view of business data, avoiding the problems of legacy information silos.
No upfront costs. No hardware investment. No maintenance overheads. With Microsoft Azure cloud services you pay for what you use, when you need it.
Not all cloud services are equal. Azure is used by 90% of Fortune 500 companies, a testament to its industry-leading security, privacy and transparency. With the largest global footprint of any cloud provider, available in 54 regions across 140 countries, you always have complete control over where your data is stored and how it is securely accessed.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the solution for forward-thinking business leaders
Easy to learn and use
Microsoft Dynamics 365 deploys quickly and starts delivering results right away. It is easier and more intuitive to learn and use as most of its end-users are familiar with the interface which resembles other popular Microsoft products. Dynamics 365 users need less training and achieve significantly higher levels of software functionality than users of other ERP systems.
Simple to adapt and customise
Dynamics 365 customers require significantly less customisation to their ERP implementations than other systems. With prebuilt industry-specific capabilities for manufacturing, distribution, services, public sector, retail and other key sectors, Dynamics 365 delivers greater out-of-the-box functionality and versatility.
But when customisation is required, such as the need to track a key performance indicator that isn’t part of the standard implementation, then the flexible Dynamics architecture makes it easy.
Seamless experience on-premises or in the cloud
Deployment models can easily be adjusted to meet changing business demands: on-premises or in the cloud. Microsoft Dynamics 365 leverages the power of the cloud to allow users to work anytime, anywhere, across all devices. Users benefit from the same seamless experience and enterprise-grade security to protect their business and customers regardless of how their systems are accessed and used.
With cloud technology, businesses can analyse far more data than before, delivering insights that can dramatically improve decision making.
Commitment to research, development and innovation
Microsoft is committed to providing continued long-term support and a clear upgrade path to future technologies. The ecosystem of specialised partners, spanning the globe, provides tailored solutions and ensures a constant and agile evolution of industry-specific expertise to meet the exclusive needs of all businesses.
Apps that talk to each other
If your everyday business tools fail to communicate, you will need to spend more of your valuable time switching applications and looking for information. Using a Common Data Service (CDS), Microsoft’s business and productivity applications are ready to talk to each other. Insights can easily be shared between sales and finance and operations, and because the data doesn’t need to be extracted from one system and re-entered in another, it is up to date and error free.
