Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager dedicated exclusively to the Power Center team, responsible for driving sales of project-based services and building long-term client relationships. Power Center is a team specializing in modern solutions based on Microsoft products and services, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Data & AI solutions. We deliver advanced projects for clients in Poland and international markets.

We are looking for you, if:

  • Have experience in selling IT services / technology projects (must-have)
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Understand client-side business processes
  • Are self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new clients (mid-market and enterprise)
  • Sell projects and services in the areas of:
  • Power BI / Microsoft Fabric
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and proprietary products: ADF, AMOS, AWM
  • Data & AI solutions, including our proprietary product AGA
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: from first contact to contract signing
  • Work closely with Power Center architects and technical leaders
  • Build long-term client relationships and grow the customer portfolio
  • Participate in proposal development, presentations, and solution design concepts
  • Deliver on individual sales targets

Nice to have

  • Experience in selling Microsoft solutions (Power BI, D365, Fabric, Azure)
