We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager dedicated exclusively to the Power Center team, responsible for driving sales of project-based services and building long-term client relationships. Power Center is a team specializing in modern solutions based on Microsoft products and services, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Data & AI solutions. We deliver advanced projects for clients in Poland and international markets.
Have experience in selling IT services / technology projects (must-have)
Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Understand client-side business processes
Are self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
Your responsibilities:
Actively acquire new clients (mid-market and enterprise)
Sell projects and services in the areas of:
Power BI / Microsoft Fabric
Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and proprietary products: ADF, AMOS, AWM
Data & AI solutions, including our proprietary product AGA
Manage the end-to-end sales process: from first contact to contract signing
Work closely with Power Center architects and technical leaders
Build long-term client relationships and grow the customer portfolio
Participate in proposal development, presentations, and solution design concepts
Deliver on individual sales targets
Nice to have
Experience in selling Microsoft solutions (Power BI, D365, Fabric, Azure)
