Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager dedicated exclusively to the Power Center team, responsible for driving sales of project-based services and building long-term client relationships. Power Center is a team specializing in modern solutions based on Microsoft products and services, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and Data & AI solutions. We deliver advanced projects for clients in Poland and international markets.
Requirements
- Have experience in selling IT services / technology projects (must-have)
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understand client-side business processes
- Are self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented
Your responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new clients (mid-market and enterprise)
- Sell projects and services in the areas of:
- Power BI / Microsoft Fabric
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and proprietary products: ADF, AMOS, AWM
- Data & AI solutions, including our proprietary product AGA
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: from first contact to contract signing
- Work closely with Power Center architects and technical leaders
- Build long-term client relationships and grow the customer portfolio
- Participate in proposal development, presentations, and solution design concepts
- Deliver on individual sales targets
Nice to have
- Experience in selling Microsoft solutions (Power BI, D365, Fabric, Azure)
