Service overview
ANEGIS Monitoring Services (AMS) is a monitoring service that allows continuous control of the performance, availability, and correctness of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and its integrated solutions. By combining ANEGIS and Microsoft tools, AMS enables the quick detection and resolution of business and technical issues before they affect the company's operational processes. This is comprehensive support for organizations seeking effective ways to minimize downtime risk and optimize system performance.
AMS monitors the availability and correct functioning of the system elements as well as external applications and programs working with the Dynamics 365 system. AMS alerts about limitations, inconsistencies, errors, disturbances, and deficiencies, allowing the ANEGIS or client service team to respond quickly to the threat before it disrupts processes.
AMS supports both the operational team and technical personnel by monitoring data, processes, and events at both the business and infrastructural levels of the system. Based on information from AMS, the ANEGIS service team:
- Notifies the client of events,
- Proceeds to resolve the issue,
- Creates monitoring sensors based on the client’s current needs.
AMS is a comprehensive tool that ensures full control over the Dynamics 365 system by monitoring the technical infrastructure, business processes, and data. Early problem detection, failure prediction, and automated alerts allow for immediate response, minimizing operational disruptions.

Challenges:
1. Lack of availability of external applications and services Challenge:
The unavailability of key applications such as Dynamics 365, Azure, or external services (e.g., Ministry of Finance) can disrupt business operations and prevent processes from being carried out.
Solution:
AMS automatically monitors the availability of all system components, sending alerts about availability issues to the ANEGIS service or directly to the client. This enables technical teams to respond immediately, preventing downtime.
2. Data inconsistency and business process issues Challenge:
Data inconsistencies, such as mismatches between sales and purchase invoices, can lead to significant errors in reports and business processes, negatively impacting operational results.
Solution:
AMS monitors business processes and checks data consistency, automatically detecting irregularities and undesirable operations. This allows for quick identification and elimination of problems, preventing errors from escalating in the system.
3. IT infrastructure issues Challenge:
Overload of technical infrastructure, such as excessive RAM or processor usage, can slow down the system and even cause a crash.
Solution:
AMS monitors the technical status of the IT infrastructure, checking key parameters like resource load and database size. The system automatically reports critical errors, allowing for rapid optimization or resource scaling.
4. Performance drops and system optimization Challenge:
Insufficient system performance can disrupt operations and slow down processes, leading to increased operational costs.
Solution:
AMS regularly analyzes system performance, identifying areas that need optimization. Monitoring allows for quick diagnosis of performance drops and suggests corrective actions to improve system efficiency.
5. Diagnosing and predicting technical problems Challenge:
Difficulty in quickly identifying system problems, such as database deadlocks or code errors, can lead to extended downtimes and process delays.
Solution:
AMS enables precise diagnostics by monitoring system performance, analyzing database queries, and code bottlenecks. The system also predicts problems by analyzing trends and comparing data, allowing preventive actions to be taken before issues affect business operations.
Key benefits:
- Supports the client’s business security by ensuring system reliability. AMS monitors the critical elements of the Dynamics 365 system, quickly detecting threats. This minimizes the risk of disruptions, ensuring operational stability.
- Ensures high system availability and continuity by predicting system events. AMS uses predictive tools to detect potential problems before they affect system functionality, maintaining operational continuity.
- Provides tracking and control of business events in the system, detecting unwanted events. AMS monitors business processes, identifying deviations from the norm, allowing for quick intervention in case of undesirable events.
- Supports the proper delivery of service for the system, helping assess its effectiveness and quality. AMS monitors the quality of service, providing data on its efficiency, allowing for service evaluation and optimization.
- Aids in diagnosing substantive, performance, and optimization problems. AMS analyzes the system for errors, performance, and optimization, facilitating quick diagnostics and problem-solving.
- Supports the client’s IT team in properly managing the system. AMS provides the IT team with tools to monitor the system, assisting in ongoing management of its functionality and performance.
