You have at least secondary education in a relevant field or a university degree (Finance, Accounting)
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
You are familiar with CIT, VAT, and accounting regulations
You have a good command of English
You are proficient in using a computer (MS Office) and office equipment
You are communicative and a team player
Zakres obowiązków:
Verifying incoming documents for formal and accounting accuracy
Ongoing document recording (purchase invoices, bank statements, general ledger postings, fixed assets, accruals) in the financial-accounting system (full accounting)
Preparing payments
Settling accounts receivable/payable
Monitoring payments and handling receivables collection
Accounting for business trips
Supporting the preparation of tax returns/reports for tax offices and statistical agencies
Preparing reports and summaries in Excel for internal company use
Supporting the accounting and HR departments in daily operations
