We are looking for you, if:
- You have experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM systems
- You are able to conduct workshops and meetings with clients, focused on dialogue and developing practical solutions
- You know how to analyze and model business processes and create “as-is” and “to-be” documentation
- You are familiar with the configuration and customization capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- You are comfortable in the role of a consultant - from sales support and product demonstrations to analysis, implementation, and end-user training
- You work effectively with the project team and clients, but at the same time you are able to work independently
- You speak English at a level that allows you to work with international clients
Nice to have
- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
- Knowledge of the full application lifecycle, based on known methodologies
- Experience in migration from on-premises to cloud
