- Minimum 3 years of experience in an implementation company (IT industry)
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to use Power BI reports
- Strong communication skills, independence, and good organizational skills

- Supervision over documentation (development plans, competency matrix, modification register)
- Organization of internal and external training sessions
- Participation in meetings related to resource planning
- Support for managers in organizing departmental activities
