Minimum 3 years of experience in an implementation company (IT industry)
English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Ability to use Power BI reports
Strong communication skills, independence, and good organizational skills
Daily tasks:
Supervision over documentation (development plans, competency matrix, modification register)
Organization of internal and external training sessions
Participation in meetings related to resource planning
Support for managers in organizing departmental activities
